Playing Time
Every player will play in every game. Playing time will be relatively equal. Practice It is important for player to attend as many practices as possible. Hunterdon Hoops Basketball believes that player development occurs in practice. Commitment Hunterdon Hoops Basketball will work with athletes who play another sport to help maximize participation in both. Parent Behavior Hunterdon Hoops believes that our highly qualified coaches create the great experience for your son/daughter. We therefore asks parents to abide by a series of beliefs listed below. 1. Let the coach do the coaching. Parents are not to coach from the sidelines during the game. Tryout Fee
The tryout fee that is not returned is used to help defray tryout costs (facility rental fees). It would be unfair for just those families who make a team to pay for all those that tryout. Some families 'shop' at various programs to determine which is best for their child and have a responsibility to share in those costs. The financial commitment tends to make the tryout more important. |
