Press Release August 1, 2008 United Basketball, a 501(c)3 not for profit organization based in Clinton, NJ was awarded a Nike Factory Grant for the 2009 season. The community grant is Nike’s new global community effort to unleash human potential through sport. The initiative evolves around getting kids physically active and focuses all new efforts around the power to better communities and change lives. United Basketball will utilize the grant to fund future opportunities for youth in Hudson County, specifically the city of Bayonne.
