Terms & Conditions

Each United Basketball event has its own refund policy, stated below. Additional information may be included on each event’s registration page. Be sure to read and understand our policies carefully before submitting your registration.

**All Online Payment Refunds will have a $30 service fee to cover the processing**

** There is a $50 fee for any returned/bounced checks **

Tournament REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds give for any team canceling prior to 14 days to the start of the tournament – NO EXCEPTIONS

Clinic REFUND POLICY

If you cancel prior to the start of your registered clinic, a $30 processing fee will be assessed with the remained of the balance being refunded.  Once the clinic has begun, no refunds will be given.  Prorated refunds will be issued at United Basketeball, Inc’s discretion if your child sustains an injury.

AAU REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be given to AAU members after the start of the first practice.  Players that sustain season-ending injuries will receive a prorated refund at United Basketball, Inc’s discretion.

AAU RE-ENTRY POLICY

If a player decides to leave United Basketball to play with another program and then wishes to re-enter the organization any year there after, a re-etnry fee will apply.
